This unit is designed for the laboratory-scale production of micro-particulate powders in universities, research institutes, and enterprises within the food, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries. It is highly versatile, suitable for processing a wide range of solutions—including emulsions and suspensions—and is ideal for drying heat-sensitive materials such as biological products, biopesticides, and enzyme preparations. Because the material is exposed to high temperatures only momentarily during the atomization process, the active ingredients of these materials remain intact after drying.

7.Feed rate is adjustable via a peristaltic pump.

8.Built-in safety protection: the heater will not start unless the blower is running.

9.Equipped with a built-in, imported, oil-free air compressor; noise level is below 50 dB.
