1. Are there any sockets and charging ports on the double-layer glass reactor?
Answer: The double-layer glass reactor needs to be connected to a power source and does not support charging.
2. What material is the stirring rod of the glass reactor made of?
Answer: The stirring rods of the single-layer glass reactor and the double-layer glass reactor are made of 316 stainless steel wrapped with polytetrafluoroethylene, and the stirring blades are polytetrafluoroethylene.
3. Are the temperature and speed displayed on the display screen displayed at the same time or do they need to be switched manually by pressing a button?
Answer: The speed and temperature are displayed digitally, both in independent windows.
4. Which of the equipment and all optional accessories have a timing function?
Answer: The conventional configuration does not have a timing function.
5. What are all the optional accessories?
Answer: The models of the double-layer glass reactor are 1L, 2L, 3L, 5L, 10L, 20L, 30L, 50L and 100L. Here, taking 5L and 10L as examples, I will not list them one by one. For heating, an intelligent constant temperature circulating oil bath is selected. A 5L double-layer glass reactor is equipped with a 5L circulating water oil bath, and a 10L reactor is equipped with a 10L or 20L circulating water oil bath. For vacuum, a circulating water vacuum pump is selected. A 5L reactor is equipped with a desktop double meter and double taps, and a 10L reactor is equipped with a vertical five taps. For condensation, a low-temperature coolant circulating pump is selected. A 5L reactor is equipped with 5L/-20, and a 10L reactor is equipped with 10L/-20. Generally, double-layer glass reactors are often equipped with circulating water oil baths, circulating water vacuum pumps, and low-temperature coolant circulating pumps. There are not many high and low temperature integrated machines.
The above-mentioned optional accessories are all produced by our glass reactor manufacturers. In addition, there are vacuum drying ovens, microwave chemical reactors, magnetic stirrers, blast drying ovens, stainless steel high-pressure reactors, electric heating jackets, ball mills, dispersers and other experimental instruments and equipment.
