Jacketed Glass reactor systems are essential for mixing, reaction, distillation and filtration in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries. We offer a variety of glass reactors with capacities from 500mL to 200L. All glass reactor systems can be quickly modified in our own factory if any of our customizations are required (dimensions, motor power, explosion protection, additional glassware, custom port sizes, etc.).
Different heating or cooling liquids, such as water or oil, can be injected into the sandwich of a jacketed glass distillation reactor to provide a constant temperature for the reaction. It can also provide good mixing in reactors under normal or subnormal pressure. The transparent glass structure helps to monitor the entire reaction process.
Application of glass reactor:
The adjustable speed glass reactor is mainly used for the synthesis reaction, distillation and concentration of different types of materials. We have a single wall, double glass reactor. According to some experimental requirements, the reactor can be pumped to a negative pressure state. A constant pressure funnel or regulating valve on the feed bottle allows you to add material to the container at a uniform and controlled rate. The condenser helps to recover some of the substances distilled during the reaction. The circulating liquid can be filled into the jacket to heat or cool the material inside.
Glass reactors are designed for the synthesis of different types of materials in controlled temperature and vacuum environments, and the collet filter reactors can be used for single or multi-step reaction and filtration, production and process-scale peptide synthesis in the same container. The filter base eliminates material transfer and significantly reduces material loss.
