Introduction
Jacketed glass reactor is mainly used for the detection and production of pharmaceutical, chemical, biological products and other industries. The materials in the kettle can be heated, evaporated, separated and recovered. And other operations; External refrigeration cycle equipment can also be used for low temperature reaction in the kettle; If the material is heated and cooled during the reaction process, an external high and low temperature circulation device can be used. And the parts in contact with the material are made of borosilicate glass and polytetrafluoroethylene material with high temperature corrosion resistance, which is especially suitable for the reaction of easily decomposed denatuous biological products and is not easy to react with various materials.

How it works
Under the vacuum negative pressure condition, the speed regulating knob is used to stir the stirring rod at a constant speed to make the material fully react in the kettle, and the heating or cooling reaction of the material in the kettle is indirectly heated through the external heating or cooling device of the glass sandwich, and the heating reaction process is heated. The resulting solvent vapor is quickly cooled, distilled, or backflowed through the cooling coils of the glass condenser. After the reaction is complete, the material can be quickly discharged through the inclined discharge valve.
