Description

The rotary evaporator uses stepless speed regulation to make the glass rotating bottle rotate at a constant speed. The material forms a large and uniform film on the bottle wall. The rotating bottle is then evenly heated by an intelligent constant temperature water bath. It evaporates at a high speed under vacuum. After being cooled by an efficient glass condenser, the solvent vapor is recycled in the collection bottle.

Working principle

Through electronic control, the flask is rotated at the most appropriate constant speed to increase the evaporation area.

It can be connected to a low temperature device to form a complete high and low temperature vacuum distillation unit.

Connect a vacuum pump to put the evaporation flask in a negative pressure state, place the evaporation flask in a water bath and heat it at a constant temperature while rotating it. The solution in the flask is heated and diffused in the rotating flask under negative pressure.

7. There is a dripping material in the collection bottle to facilitate the collection and discharge of the evaporated extract.

8. One-way valve control, continuous discharge, the vacuum switch is turned on when the machine is in working state.

9. All valves use the latest integrated handwheel valve, which has good sealing and is easier to operate.

13. The pot body is made of high-quality 304 stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant and durable. The outer layer of the pot body is wrapped with a silicone layer, which is safer to use at high temperatures.

14. Over-temperature protection function, when the actual temperature exceeds the set temperature by 5℃, the machine automatically cuts off the power and heats.

15. Anti-dry burning function, when the heating pot is lower than the heating tube, the machine automatically cuts off the power.

16. If the power is suddenly cut off during the operation of the machine, the machine will automatically stop heating when it is powered on again.
