Product description

Air passes through a filter and a heater before entering the hot air distributor at the top of the drying chamber, where it flows into the chamber evenly in a spiral pattern. The liquid feed passes through a filter and is pumped to the spray head at the top of the chamber, where it is atomized into tiny droplets; these droplets make contact with the hot air over a vast surface area, causing rapid moisture evaporation and drying into granular product within a very short time. The product is collected in a cyclone separator, while the exhaust air is discharged outdoors by a fan.

Features

1. Rapid drying speed: Centrifugal atomization of the liquid feed vastly increases its surface area. In a high-temperature airflow, 95–98% of the moisture evaporates almost instantly, completing the drying process in just a few seconds.

2. Suitable for heat-sensitive materials: Because the droplets flow concurrently with the hot air, the material does not overheat during moisture evaporation, even though the air temperature is high.

3. Excellent product characteristics: The resulting product exhibits good dispersibility, flowability, and solubility. This is because the instantaneous drying process allows the product to retain a uniform, fine granular structure.

4. Simplified production and easy operation: Solutions with moisture contents of 40–60% can be dried directly into powder in a single step, eliminating the need for subsequent pulverization or screening; this reduces production stages and enhances product purity. Key parameters—such as particle size, bulk density, and moisture content—can be adjusted within specific ranges by modifying operating conditions, making control and management highly convenient.
