Description

The rotary evaporator uses stepless speed regulation to make the glass rotating bottle rotate at a constant speed. The material forms a large and uniform film on the bottle wall. The rotating bottle is then evenly heated by an intelligent constant temperature water bath. It evaporates at a high speed under vacuum. After being cooled by an efficient glass condenser, the solvent vapor is recycled in the collection bottle.

Working principle

Through electronic control, the flask is rotated at the most appropriate constant speed to increase the evaporation area.

It can be connected to a low temperature device to form a complete high and low temperature vacuum distillation unit.

Connect a vacuum pump to put the evaporation flask in a negative pressure state, place the evaporation flask in a water bath and heat it at a constant temperature while rotating it. The solution in the flask is heated and diffused in the rotating flask under negative pressure.
